Optimize iDestruct IIntuitionistic/ISpatial/IModalElim cases

Following up on the previous commit, this slightly generalizes the
lemmas associated to the intuitionistic/spatial/modalelim cases of
iDestruct to support renaming on the fly, and use these to save a
later renaming.
