Style: `:=` belongs to line end

These are all the occurrences of ^ *:=. :=$ occurs ~2000 times between Iris and stdpp.

Noticed while confirming this is the preferred stdpp/iris style.

I don't have large cleanup plans, but please let me know if this is more noise than anything.
