Superficial Results/Analysis Cleanup and Documentation Improvements

Addresses #52 (closed) and #54 (closed).

There are still plans to restructure the analysis module further (see the discussion in !69 (merged)), but this will be the subject of a future MR by @sophie that will not be completed in a %Prosa v0.4 timeframe.
