Require external libraries first

Another tidying merge request.

This way, an addition in external libraries cannot shadow a definition in Prosa.

Did you do the cleanup manually or is there a tool for this?

Regardless, we should add a note to follow this order in the contribution guidelines.

Manually (that's probably easy to automate but considering the number of files and my awful hawk/Python/... skills, I considered it faster)
