Deduplication of basic schedule definitions

As agreed at the RT-PROOFS meeting in Braunschweig, we are going to restructure and generalize the basic notion of schedules using a simple ProcessorState type class. Maxime has promised to create a cleaned-up pull request to introduce this as the new foundation in the new behavior/ directory.
