License does not fill in <copyright holder> (here and in Iris and maybe more?)

The stdpp license says > IN NO EVENT SHALL <COPYRIGHT HOLDER> BE LIABLE FOR ANY, I guess you should fill that in and @robbertkrebbers asked me to file an issue. I'd tentatively suggest "the stdpp/iris authors", and refer to the git commit logs, but IANAL.
