馃懟 notation for `own`.

Robbert Krebbers requested to merge robbert/own_ghost into master

Together with @lgg @Blaisorblade @dfrumin and @simongregersen at ESOP today we decided that we should have a notation for own.

This MR included a proposal: 馃懟

A proper Unicode symbol instead of an emogi should be better of course. But having no notation is surely boring,

TODO:

  • Use the notation throughout the development.
