Editor bindings for Emacs and m17n are inconsistent
The list of bindings for Emacs in editor.md is missing a bunch of useful bindings for superscripts/subscripts and a rule for ö (for typing Löb) that are in the config for m17n. We should make both lists consistent by taking the union of the bindings.
