* Update getAnnotatedFnList api

* Implementation taken from the LLVM pass of the same name.

* When the function has two regions, then computing
  path in the current way doesn't work. We need to
  compute trace for each region independently.

  some LLVMContext related issue. Keeping it
  as it is for now.

Function prototype of single packet processing fn
is modified to accept batch of packet related parameters.
Function body is still contains code to process single packet.

This is the first step towards transforming into batched packet
processing version.

So any variant of SmallVector<T, N> can be passed.

Annotated parameters are converted to batch form.
No specific order required.
New integer parameter added as last parameter, which
represents batch size.
