Worker shutdown bug
Network IO handling is a bit flaky, and when the controller is killed, it sometimes causes the workers to exit.
To make Clockwork development speedier, this bug should be resolved. It is time-consuming to require workers to restart from scratch every time the controller restarts.
In general, the worker, controller, and clients should have interrupt handlers to gracefully shutdown when an interrupt is received.
