This test demonstates the working of loop
split operation based on annotated variable  usage.

This must be Value Type to generalize for all the
cases.

All new loops will have index variable type as i16.
TODO: Make all the types uniform.

If there is value dependence between loops, then
batch of values are stored in a array.

Move TASForLoop class to separate compilation unit

Single loop is split into only two loops.

Each basic block would become part of new loop.

Pointer variable definition point is identified and
prefetch call of that pointer variable is inserted
immediately following it.

* Unit testing tool - catch2 library
* Integration testing - lit test runner with FileCheck
* Example test files are added.

Used in code-completion engine(YouCompleteMe).
