move work-bearing readiness

The definition of work_bearing_readiness should be moved alongside the other notions of categories of readiness models in prosa.analysis.definitions.readiness.

Additionally, work_bearing_readiness should take the readiness model it applies to explicitly (as a Variable, not Context).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
